“Extraordinary” Ministers of Holy Communion are lay persons who have been delegated to help the “Ordinary” ministers (the ordained) with the distribution of the Body of Christ during the Eucharist and to those who are homebound or infirmed.
All those who have a deep faith in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist are invited to speak to any of the clergy. Together, you will discern if this ministry is right for you.
