Pope Francis once wrote "Set your stakes on great ideals, the ideals that enlarge the heart, the ideals of service that make your talents fruitful. Life is not given to be jealously guarded for ourselves, but it is given to us that we may give it in turn."

We are a people who want to share their faith. We arc a people who want to minister to others so that Jesus may be known and loved. We are the people who call themselves the Catholic Community of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Ridgewood, New Jersey.
