Our junior high faith formation program uses a youth ministry approach, building community among our young people in small groups while using various techniques to help them grow in their faith.
Sessions by grade level are held monthly and are 75 minutes in length. Participants get to choose which day of the week they wish to attend at the time of registration. Our preferred capacity per session is 40.
The program will use the following components during the program year:
- Eight Monthly in-person session
- Monthly online sessions for both participants and parents
- Service activities
- Reconciliation Service
- Grade Level Mass
- Guest Speaker Event (usually during Lent or Easter season)
The program year runs October through May. We have a rolling registration, meaning those who moved into the area, join the parish from another local parish or have not been involved in the program before (regardless of reason) can join us without having to wait until the next program year.
