If you or someone you know is either temporarily or permanently homebound, you can arrange to have a member of the community to bring the Eucharist to you once a week. This can be on a short term or long term need.
Communion Calls are done on weekdays only.
Please be aware it may take up to a week to arrange the first Communion Call at the time of initial contact. Use the form below to arrange a Communion Call.
Confirmation of the first Communion Call will be sent to the person making the request.
