ChristLife: Discovering Christ is a seven-week experience that invites every person, baptized or unbaptized, to encounter the love of God the Father, enter or renew a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as God’s children.
We all know people in our lives, communities, and even ourselves, who wonder about the meaning of life. God gives us the responsibility to open doors and provide spaces of encounter with the personal love of our Lord Jesus for people who are searching for the meaning of life. Discovering Christ creates this open door for anyone who is searching for the meaning of their lives and provides an opportunity to hear the Good News and experience the personal love of Christ.
How do I know that Discovering Christ is for me?
Well, maybe you’re someone who’s spiritual, but has been away from worship for a while.
Maybe you’re a life-long ‘super-Catholic’ who comes every week,following the rules, yet a personal relationship with Christ seems out of reach or even just fantasy.
Maybe you feel the invitation to discover Christ for the first time or in a new way just isn’t for you – or it’s too good to be true.
Maybe you have a distaste for organized religion – after all you’ve seen what the church has done over the centuries, scandals...
Maybe you feel like the Church wouldn’t want you around, after all,
“I’m not even a church person. I’m divorced.
I’m ‘this’ and I’m ‘that’ and I know how the church feels about those things.
You know, my life isn’t on track. A mess, really!
I don’t even know what life is about half the time. I’m not holy.”

Discovering Christ is not about religion. It’s not a catechism class. It’s not about rules and regulations. It’s about you. And it’s fun and engaging.
Give it a try: 7 weeks on a Thursday evening at 7pm. Come for a meal, listen to Fr. Frank give a dynamic teaching, meet in a safe, non-judgmental small group. Each night is done by 9:15pm. Promise.
